Yes, we offer custom sizing or alterations if required. However, as these items are made specifically to order, we are unable to accept refunds or returns on custom pieces.

Every garment is made-to-order, allowing us to produce only what is needed. This not only avoids overproduction and waste, but also ensures each piece is crafted with care, precision and purpose.
How do I return an item?
To start a return, you can contact us info@mariagenco.co.uk. Returns will need to be sent to the following address: Maria Genco, 349 Royal College Street, NW1 9QS, London, UK. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Who pays for return shipping?
14-day returns on unworn items with tags. Free return shipping provided. EU customers have a 14-day cooling-off period. Refunds processed within 10 business days. Bespoke items excluded.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
You may cancel or modify your order after placing it, within 48 hours.
What happens if my item doesn't fit?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout for specific countries. Free delivery for international orders over £500.

PRE-ORDER
We estimate that pre-ordered products will be produced within 21 days. Our customer service team will keep you updated on the progress of your order and the expected delivery date. Once the item is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and should expect to receive it within 3 – 5 working days.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery can take longer than expected due to customs clearance procedures in certain countries and factory delays. We will endeavour to keep you as updated as possible with any unforeseen delays.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and payments by PayPal and ApplePay or other alternative payment methods specified as part of the checkout process.

Your card will be charged after your order has been placed. If you have purchased pre-order item(s), your chosen payment method will be charged to secure your order and the pre-order item(s) will be dispatched to you as soon as the stock is available at our warehouse.
